ROSSI

v

QANTAS AIRWAYS LIMITED

[2025] HCADISP 55
S161/2024

  1. The applicant seeks special leave to appeal from a judgment of the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia (Snaden, Hatcher and Horan JJ) dismissing an appeal from a judgment of the Federal Court of Australia (Banks-Smith J) which dismissed an application for orders declaring that the applicant is a handicapped person within the meaning of O 15 of the County Court Rules of Procedure in Civil Proceedings 1999 (Vic) and that a deed of settlement made between the parties is void.

  2. The proposed appeal would enjoy insufficient prospects of success to warrant a grant of special leave to appeal. Further, the application does not raise any issue of law of general application or public importance.

  3. Special leave to appeal is refused with costs.
