AN ACT to amend the Roman Catholic New Norcia Church

Property Act, 1929.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority

of the same, as follows :—

Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Roman Catholic New

Norcia Church Property Act Amendment Act, 1930.

Amendment of

Schedule. 2. The Schedule to the Roman Catholic New Norcia,

Church Property Act, 1929, is amended :-

(a) by inserting after the figures " 1402," in line one, the words and figures " comprising Melbourne location 29 " ;

(b) by inserting after the words and figures " volume 911, folio 180," the words and figures " volume 1004, folio 542 ; volume 478, folio 57 ; volume 479, folio 85 ; volume 994, folio 48."

(C) by deleting the word and figures " No. 48/1922 " and inserting in lieu thereof the word and figures " No. 48/22 " ;

(d) by deleting the words and figures " Conditional Purchase Leases No. 20464/47, No. 627/68," and inserting in lieu thereof the words and figures " Conditional Purchase Lease No. 20464/47 ".
