AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Roman Catholic Church Property Trust

Ordinance 1937.

BE it ordained by the Governor-General in and over the Executive Council, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the Commonwealth of Australia, with the advice of the Federal
Seat of Government Acceptance Act 1909 and the Seat of Govern-

ment (Administration) Act 1910-1933, as follows:—

1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Roman Catholic short title and

Church Property Trust Ordinance 1938. citation.

(2.) The Roman Catholic Church Property Trust Ordinance

1937 is in this Ordinance referred to as the Principal Ordinance.

(3.) The Principal Ordinance, as amended by this Ordinance, may be cited as the Roman Catholic Church Property Trust Ordinance 1937-1938.

2. Section eight of the Principal Ordinance is amended by Power, 0i

inserting in paragraph (b), after the word " i t " (first occurring), Tru,t-
the words " and subject to the covenants and conditions under

which the property is held ".
