AN ACT to amend the Roman Catholic Church Property

Act Amendment Aet, 1912.

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:-

Short title.

This Act may be cited as the Roman Catholic Church Property Act Amendment Act, 1934, and shall be read as one with the Roman Catholic Church Property Amendment Act,

Section two of the Roman Catholic Church Property Amendment Act, 1912, is amended by deleting the words "during the absence of the said Bishop from the State of Western Australia."
