Lands Act 1942 No 23—Proclamation

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of the Roman Catholic Church Communities’ Lands Act 1942, do, by this my Proclamation, amend the Second Schedule to that Act:

(a)	by omitting from Column 1 (Canonical Name) the words “Order of Saint Benedict of the Congregation of Saint Sylvester” and by inserting instead “Sylvestrine Congregation of the Order of Saint Benedict”, and
(b)	by omitting from Column 2 (Corporate Name) the words “The Trustees of the Sylvestrine Benedictine Fathers.” and by inserting instead “The Trustees of the Sylvestrine Benedictine Monks”.
