EXPLANATORY NOTE
The Second Schedule to the Roman Catholic Church Communities’ Lands Act
1942 contains the canonical and corporate names of certain Roman Catholic orders, congregations, communities, associations and societies. Each such organisation is a “community” for the purposes of the Act, and the trustees of community land for each community constitute a body corporate.
This proclamation changes the corporate name of the community known canonically as the Superior Council of Australia of the Society of St. Vincent de
Paul.
