THE PRESIDENT:  The applicant's application for an adjournment is granted.  He is to file his outline of argument within three weeks of today.  In that outline he is to particularise, with transcript references, the allegations in his application for leave to appeal:

(a)that throughout the appeal hearing the District Court judge acted as Crown Prosecutor;

(b)what evidence was held to be inadmissible by the District Court judge and how the judge failed to administer natural justice in relation to that evidence;

(c)what evidence was and how was it said to be perjured and in what way was it ignored by the District Court judge.
