B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same; as follows :._- 1. This Act may be cited as "The Bockhampton Short tilile Harbour Bo(wd Acts Amendment Act of 1915," and : ~ : struCtiOD shall be read as one with "The Rockhampton Harbour of Act, Board Acts, 1895 to 1910."* . 2 In section twenty-five of "The Rockharnpton Increase of .IJarbour Board Act, 1895,"t as amended by section two = r~ of "The Rockhampton Hm'bour Board Acts Amendment powers to Act of 1910,"t the words "Three hundred thousand £400 ' 000. pounds," where those words occur three times, are repealed, and the words" Four hundred thousand pounds" are respectively inserted in lieu thereof.
