This order in council may be cited as the Rockhampton Gas Reticulation (Grant of Franchise) Order 1991 . Commencement 2. This order in council commences on 5th December, 1991. Reticulation Franchise 3. The Gas Corporation of Queensland is granted a franchise in and about the City of Rockhampton, as deliniated on Plan No. GAS 050. [NOTE: Any person may inspect the plan showing the area over which the franchise is granted by this Order, free of charge, at the Department of Resource Industries, 61 Mary Street, Brisbane. ] ENDNOTES 1.
