Preamble.	TTTH EEEA S it is expedient to alter the name of the !Municipal

District of West Botany. Be it therefore enacted hy the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, hy and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Mnles in Parliament assembled, and hy the authority of the same, as follows:—

Alteration of name 1. Erom and after the passing of this Act the name of the

BoTany'to*Mun̂ Municipal District of M^est Botany shall he, and the same hereby is,

fipaiity of Rockdale, altered to the name of the Municipal District of llockdalc.

Short title. 2. This Act may he styled and cited as the “ Bockdale Muni­

cipality Naming Aet of 1888.”
