Rockdale Local Environmental Plan No 171

1     Name of plan

This plan is Rockdale Local Environmental Plan No 171.

2     Aims of plan

This plan aims to amend the Rockdale Planning Scheme Ordinance by omitting the provision that requires consultation with and the concurrence of the Department of Planning for certain development applications.

3     Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to all land within the City of Rockdale to which the

Rockdale Planning Scheme Ordinance applies.

4     Amendment of Rockdale Planning Scheme Ordinance

The Rockdale Planning Scheme Ordinance is amended by omitting clause 36.
