1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Rockdale Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 7).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land known as Cahill Park, 2 and 2A Princes Highway, Wolli

Creek being Lot 3, DP 1148894.

4      Amendment of Rockdale Local Environmental Plan 2011

(1) Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Renumber clause 9 as clause 6A and insert the renumbered clause after clause 6.

(2)	Schedule 1, clause 7A
Insert after clause 7:
7A Use of certain land at Cahill Park, 2 and 2A Princes Highway, Wolli Creek

(1) This clause applies to land known as Cahill Park, 2 and 2A Princes

Highway, Wolli Creek being Lot 3, DP 1148894.

Development for the purposes of a restaurant or cafe is permitted with

consent.
