1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Rockdale Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment

No 5).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots 3 and 4, SP 34276, 432 West Botany Street,

Rockdale.

4      Amendment of Rockdale Local Environmental Plan 2011

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert after clause 8:

9      Use of certain land at 432 West Botany Street, Rockdale

This clause applies to land at 432 West Botany Street,

Rockdale, being Lots 3 and 4, SP 34276.

(2)

Development for the purposes of a shop associated with a

charitable organisation is permitted with consent.
