This Plan is Rockdale Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment

No 4).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	part of 91 Bestic Street, Brighton Le Sands, being part of Lot 1, DP 221518,
(b)	50A Francis Avenue, Brighton Le Sands, being Lot 1, DP 32304, Lot M, DP 410368, Lot 1, DP 207786 and Lot 2, DP 517350,
(c)	part of 310 West Botany Street, Rockdale, being part of Lot 1, DP 517350.
