1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Rockdale Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 12).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Arncliffe:

(a)	part of Lot 2310, DP 1159612, being part of 9 Bidjigal Road,
(b)	part of Lot 1, DP 233666, being part of 47 Bonar Street,
(c)	part of Lot 2, DP 233666, being part of 49 Bonar Street,
(d)	Lot 2309, DP 1159612, 8 Martin Avenue,
(e)	Lot C, DP 158978, 10 Martin Avenue.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Rockdale Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.

5      Amendment of Rockdale Local Environmental Plan 2011

Clause 1.8A Savings provisions relating to development applications

Insert at the end of the clause (after the note):

(2) To avoid doubt, Rockdale Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 12) applies to the determination of a development application made (but not finally determined) before the commencement of that Plan.
