1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Rockdale Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment

No 48).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the land in Edward Street, Hirst Street, Loftus Street, Bonar Street, Booth Street, Martin Avenue and Wollongong Road at Arncliffe and Turrella, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Rockdale Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment No 48)” deposited in the office of Rockdale City Council.

public utility infrastructure includes infrastructure for any of the

following purposes:

(a)	the supply of water,
(b)	the supply of electricity,
(c)	the disposal and management of sewage.

Insert at the end of clause 35A (2F) (b):

(c) any public utility infrastructure that is essential for the proposed development is available or that adequate arrangements have been made to make that infrastructure available when it is required.
