1 Name of plan
This plan is Rockdale Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment
No 28).
2 Aims of plan
This plan aims:
| (a) | to identify and conserve the environmental heritage of the City of Rockdale by adding additional properties to the schedule of heritage items to Rockdale Local Environmental Plan 2000, and |
| (b) | to ensure that any development of the land to which this plan applies does not adversely affect the heritage significance of those heritage items and their settings. |
3 Land to which plan applies
This plan applies to the following land in the City of Rockdale:
| (a) | 33 Dunmore Street North, Bexley (Lot B, DP 324948), |
| (b) | 7 Fairview Street, Arncliffe (Lot 20, DP 9096), |
| (c) | 12 Gladstone Street, Bexley (Lot 2, DP 880870), |
| (d) | 39 Hirst Street, Arncliffe (Lot 2, DP 556457), |
| (e) | 70 King Street, Rockdale (Lot 20, Sec 3, DP 1547), |
| (f) | 27A Segenhoe Street, Arncliffe (Lot 19, Sec E, DP 2271), |
| (g) | 16, 20 and 22 Stanley Street, Arncliffe (Lot 1, DP 569361, Lot 2, DP 421335 and Lot B, DP 449610, respectively), |
| (h) | 28 Walker Street, Turrella (Lot B, DP 379190). |
4 Amendment of Rockdale Local Environmental Plan 2000
Rockdale Local Environmental Plan 2000 is amended as set out in
Schedule 1.
