No 28)

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Rockdale Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment

No 28).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims:

(a)

to identify and conserve the environmental heritage of the City of Rockdale by adding additional properties to the schedule of heritage items to Rockdale Local Environmental Plan 2000, and

(b)

to ensure that any development of the land to which this plan applies does not adversely affect the heritage significance of those heritage items and their settings.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to the following land in the City of Rockdale:

(a)

33 Dunmore Street North, Bexley (Lot B, DP 324948),

(b)

7 Fairview Street, Arncliffe (Lot 20, DP 9096),

(c)

12 Gladstone Street, Bexley (Lot 2, DP 880870),

(d)

39 Hirst Street, Arncliffe (Lot 2, DP 556457),

(e)

70 King Street, Rockdale (Lot 20, Sec 3, DP 1547),

(f)

27A Segenhoe Street, Arncliffe (Lot 19, Sec E, DP 2271),

(g)

16, 20 and 22 Stanley Street, Arncliffe (Lot 1, DP 569361, Lot 2, DP 421335 and Lot B, DP 449610, respectively),

(h)

28 Walker Street, Turrella (Lot B, DP 379190).

4 Amendment of Rockdale Local Environmental Plan 2000

Rockdale Local Environmental Plan 2000 is amended as set out in

Schedule 1.
