Rockdale Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment

No 14)

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Rockdale Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment

No 14).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims:

(a)	to rezone part of the land to which this plan applies to the 2 (b)—Villa/Townhouse Residential zone under Rockdale Local Environmental Plan 2000 (the 2000 plan) in order to permit the carrying out of development of the land for the purpose of townhouse development, and
(b)	torezonepartofthelandtothe7(a)—OpenSpace Reservation zone under the 2000 plan in order to retain the land for future recreational purposes and facilitate its use for related purposes which will encourage the enjoyment of land zoned for local recreation, and
(c)	torezonetheremaininglandtothe7(d)—LocalRoad Reservation zone under the 2000 plan in order to provide a safe and accessible pedestrian footpath across the entrance to the proposed development.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land at 344 West Botany Street, Rockdale, being Lots 3 and 4, DP 613347, as shown coloured pink with red edging and lettered “2 (b)”, coloured light green and lettered “7 (a)” or coloured grey and lettered “7 (d)” on the map marked “Rockdale Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment No 14)” held by Rockdale City Council.

4 Amendment of Rockdale Local Environmental Plan 2000

Rockdale Local Environmental Plan 2000 is amended by inserting in appropriate order in the definition of the map in clause 8 (1) the following words:
