and the harbouring of Bobbers and Housebreakers''' to cont inue and be in force for two years from t h e pass ing and publ icat ion thereof and whereas by an A c t of t h e Governor of New South W a l e s wi th t he advice of t he Legis la t ive Counci l passed in t he second year of t h e re ign of H i s present Majesty in t i tu led " An Act to continue for Two " Years an Act of the Governor with the advice of the Legislative " Council passed in the eleventh year of the reign of His late Majesty " intituled ' An Act to suppress Bobbery and Housebreaking and the

"'harbouring of Bobbers and Housebreakers'" after rec i t ing t h a t
