WH E R E A S a n A c t was passed by the Governor of N e w Sou th W a l e s w i t h t h e advice of t he Legis la t ive Counci l in t h e
eleventh year of t h e re ign of H i s la te Majesty K i n g George t h e F o u r t h
in t i tu led " An Act to suppress Robbery and Housebreaking and the
harbouring of Robbers and Housebreakers " A n d whereas t h e said
A c t will expire on t h e twenty-f i rs t day of Apr i l one thousand e igh t

h u n d r e d and th i r t y - two and i t is expedient to cont inue t h e said A c t for a l imited t ime Be i t therefore enacted by H i s Excel lency t h e Governor of New Sou th W a l e s wi th t h e advice of t h e Legis la t ive Counci l Tha t t he said Ac t shal l be and t h e same is hereby con t inued for two years from and after t h e said twenty-f i rs t day of Apr i l one
