AN ACT to authorise the Construction of a Railway from Robb's Jetty to Woodman's Point.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with

the-advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legis-

assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.     THIS Act may be cited as the Robb's Jetty-Woodman's Short title.

2.      IT shall be lawful to construct and maintain a railway from Authority to con-

Act, 1878, it shall be lawful for the Commissioner of Railways to deviate from the line as described in such Schedule to the extent of a mile on either side thereof.

SCHEDULE.

ROBB'S JETTY-WOODMAN'S POINT.

DESCRIPTION OF LINE OF RAILWAY.

Commencing at a point on the Fremantle-Owen's Anchorage Railway near

Robb's Jetty, and proceeding thence in a generally Southerly direction for about two miles sixty-five chains; thence in a generally Westerly direction for about

seventy-five chains, and terminating near the Northern Boundary of Reserve No. 2773, at or near Woodman's Point ; as more particularly delineated and coloured red on map marked P.W.D., W.A. 9632, deposited as provided for by 55° Victoriae, No. 34, Section 10. Total length, three miles sixty chains.
