AN ACT to authorise the Construction of a Railway from Robb's Jetty to Woodman's Point.

3. NoTwITHSTAN DING anything contained in the Railways

Deviation. Act, 1878, it shall be lawful for the Commissioner of Railways to deviate from the line as described in such Schedule to the extent of a mile on either side thereof.

SCHEDULE.

ROBB'S JETTY-WOODMAN'S POINT.

DESCRIPTION OF LINE OF RAILWAY.

Commencing at a point on the Fremantle-Owen's Anchorage Railway near

Robb's Jetty, and proceeding thence in a generally Southerly direction for about two miles sixty-five chains; thence in a generally Westerly direction for about

seventy-five chains, and terminating near the Northern Boundary of Reserve No. 2773, at or near Woodman's Point ; as more particularly delineated and coloured red on map marked P.W.D., W.A. 9632, deposited as provided for by 55° Victoriae, No. 34, Section 10. Total length, three miles sixty chains.
