AN ACT for the closure of certain Roads and of portions

of certain Roads.

[Assented to 12th November, 1931.]

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inBE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows :-

Short title.

1.

This Act may be cited as the Roads Closure Act

(No. 2), 1931.

Closure of portion

of Ocean road,

2.

That portion of Ocean road in the Fremantle muni- cipal district lying between the production northward of the eastern side of Alice avenue and the production northward of the eastern side of Aurora avenue is hereby closed ; all rights of way over the same shall cease on the passing of this Act, and the said portion of the said road is hereby revested in His Majesty the King as of his former estate.

3. The whole of the roads in the Fremantle municipal

south-western boundary of Reserve 121 from the produc- tion eastward of the southern side of Bland road to the right bank of the Avon river is hereby closed ; all rights of way over the same shall cease on the passing of this Act, and the said portion of the said road is hereby re- vested in His Majesty the King as of his former estate.
