AN ACT for the closure of portions of certain Roads.

[Assented to 30th December, 1932.]

E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:— 1) and with the advice and consent of the Legislative

Short title.	1. This Act may be cited as the Roads Closure Act, 1932.
2. That portion of the Parkway, Nedlands, in the Subiaco

That portion of the Parkway, Nedlands, hounded by lines starting from a point on the east boundary of lot 793 of Swan locations 80 and 123 situate 1 chain 62-4/10th links from its north corner and extending 39deg.

83-9/10th links; thence 129deg. 00-6/10th links to the west boundary of Swan location 2889; thence 219deg. Gmin. 83-9/10th links, and thence 309thig. 6min. 60-6/10th links to the starting point; containing 8-1/10th perches.

All that portion of land bounded by lines starting from a point on the southern alignment of Eliot street, Bunbury situate 15-1/10th links west- erly from the intersection of the said southern alignment with the western alignment of Victoria street, and extending 134deg. 9min. 21-3/10th links to the said western alignment; thence 179deg. 7min. 14-9/10th links along

the latter ; thence 314deg. 9min. 42-4/10th links to the said southern align-

ment of Eliot street, and thence S9deg. llinin. 14-940th links to the starting

All that portion of land, being portion of Duff street and right-of-way abutting thereon, starting from a point on the northern boundary of Perth town lot V132 situate 1 chain 85-5/10th links westerly from the northern- most corner of said lot, and extending 353deg. 13min. 1 chain 25-3/10th links; thence 83cleg. 13min. 1 chain 0-2/10th links; thence 2Oldeg. 53min. 1. chain 4-2/10th links; thence 263deg. 13min. 3 chains 23-8/10th links: thence 173deg. 6min. 50 links; thence 83deg. 13min. 3 chains; thence 173deg. 13min. 1 chain 25-3110th links, and thence S3deg. 13min. 15 links to the starting point; area : 32-6/10 perches.
