AN ACT for the Closure of portions of certain Roads.

[Assented to 7th October, 1929.]

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inRI it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

1.   This Act may be cited as the Roads Closure Act, 811"nible'

1929.

2.    That portion of Broome street, in the municipal dis- glremofs

trict of York, as described in the schedule hereto, is closed, York.

and all rights of way over the same shall cease on the pass..

ing of this Act; and said portion of such street may be

granted to the municipality.

3.    That portion of James street, in the municipal dis- of James street,

trict of Bunhury, situated north of a west line from a point B"""`Y.

on its eastern side eight chains from the south-west corner

of lot P 8, is closed, and all rights of way over the same

THE SCHEDULE.

That portion of Broome street, situate in the municipal district of

fork, bounded by lines starting from the north-eastern corner of lot 26

if Avon Location Y (as shown on L.T.O. plan No. 4402), and extending

?O£3° 22' 2 chains 32 3/10ths links; thence 62° 38' 2 chains 58 links to a forth-western corner of lot 25; and thence 178° 25' 1 chain 12 links to the

!carting point.
