No. 30 of 1928.

AN ACT for the Closure of portions of certain Roads,

[Assented to 27th December, 1928.]

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority

of the same, as follows :—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Roads Closvre fa ct, shor t

1928.

2.    All that portion of Vaughan street in the Municipality e=frigirg

of North Fremantle lying between North Fremantle Lots Fremantle.

53 and 52, from Ocean parade to Bracks street, is closed,

and. all rights of way over the same shall cease on the passing

of this Act.

3.    That portion of Philip street in the Municipality E=.11rotihn

of North Fremantle lying between the south boundary of Fremantle. over the same shall cease on the passing of this Act.

North Fremantle Lot 45 and the north boundary of North

The way over those portions of North Fremantle Town Lots 44, 45, and 48 delineated and coloured brown and marked right of way on deposited plan No. 1593 in the office of Land Titles may be closed by proclamation, and thereupon all rights over the same shall cease.	Closure of way at

North Fremantle. of North Fremantle situate between the line across the

same in prolongation of the north side of Coventry parade

and another line in prolongation of the north side of North Fremantle Lot 214 is closed, and all rights of way over the same shall cease on the passing of this Act.

Bsown st., Bussel . .	That portion of Brown street in the Municipality of Busselton lying between Busselton Lot 227 and Bussel- ton Suburban Lot 5 is closed, and all rights of way over the same shall cease on the passing of this Act.

Closure of portion of	Federation st„7. That portion of Federation street at Mount Haw-
Mount Hawthorn. thorn in the City of Perth extending northward from its

intersection with the north side of Berryman street to a line extending eastward from the north-east corner of Subdivisional Lot 506 of Swan Location 782 to the north- west corner of Lot 315 in the same subdivision is closed, and all rights of way over the same shall cease on the passing of this Act.
