AN ACT for the Closure of portions of certain Roads.

[Assented to 23rd December, 1927.]

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows :—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Roads Closure Act,

Short title.

Closure of portion 2.

That portion of Streatley road in the City of Perth, starting from a line joining the north corner of Lot 100 to the west corner of Lot 26 of subdivision of Section D of Swan Location 35, and extending south-easterly to a line joining the east corner of Lot 86 to the south corner of Lot 40 of said subdivision, as shown on the Titles Office Plan No. 1030, is closed, and all rights of way over the same shall cease on the passing of this Act.

All that piece or parcel of land in the Municipality of Midland Junction containing an area of 2 acres 1 rood 27 perches, being part of road No. 1135, bounded by lines starting at a point situated south 60 . 1 links, and west 150 links from the intersection of the south-west side of Clayton street and the western side of the Upper Darling Range Railway Reserve, as shown on the Titles Office Diagram 286, and extending 209° 54' 400 ]inks ; 179° 54' 1,847 . 51 links ; 149° 56' 400 . 5 links ; 359° 54' 200.2 links ; 329° 56' 200 2 links ; 359° 54' 1,794 links ; 29° 54' 200 links ; 359° 54' 200 ]inks to the starting point, is closed, and all rights of way over the same shall cease on the passing of this Act.
