ROADS CLOSURE.

No. 32 of 1926.
AN ACT for the closure of portions of certain Roads.
[Assented to 8th December, 1926.]
Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia,BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byand with the advice and consent of the Legislative
in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows :-
| Short title. | 1. This Act may be cited as the Roads Closure Act, |

| Closure of portions | 2. Those portions of Stirling terrace, Peel's place, and |
of Stirling terrace,
York street,Peel's place, and York street, in the Municipal District of Albany, described
Albany. in Part I. of the Schedule to this Act, are hereby closed, and all rights-of-way over same shall cease from the passing of this Act, to the intent that such closed portions may be reserved for parks and gardens.

That portion of Willis street, in the City of Perth (Victoria Park), extending from the North-East side of Devenish Street to a line joining the East corner of Lot 345 to the North corner of Lot 347 of portion of Section B of Canning Location 2, as shown on Land Titles Office Plan 2042, is hereby closed and all rights-of-way over same shall cease from the passing of this Act.

That portion of Swan road, in the City of Perth, described in Part IL of the Schedule of this Act, is hereby closed and all rights-of-way over same shall cease from the passing of this Act.

All rights of way over a strip of land in the Municipal bounded on the north by Lots 5 and 12 of North Fremantle Lot P105 (as shown on Land Titles Office Plan 2098), on the east by Thompson Road, and on the west by Vic- toria Avenue, shall cease from the passing of this Act, to the intent that the way may be closed.

Part I.
All that portion of Stirling terrace, in the Municipality of Albany, con- taining an area of 1 rood 24 perches, as surveyed and shown with a margin of red and lettered " A " on Plan registered in the Department of Lands and Surveys and numbered 2999.
All that portion of Stirling terrace, in the Municipality of Albany, con- taining an area of 1 rood 3317b perches, as surveyed and shown with a margin of red and lettered " B " on Plan registered in the Department of Lands and Surveys and numbered 2999.
All that portion of Stirling terrace, in the Municipality of Albany, con- taining an area of 2 roods 33 perches, as surveyed and shown with a margin of red and lettered " C " on plan registered in the Department of Lands and Surveys and numbered 2909.
All that portion of Stirling terrace in the Municipality of Albany, con- taining an area of 1 acre 1 rood 6 3.46- perches, as surveyed and shown with a margin of red and lettered " D " on plan registered in the Department of Lands and Surveys and numbered 3000.
All that portion of Peel's place, in the Municipality of Albany, con- taining an area of 11-& perches, as surveyed and shown with a margin of red and lettered " E " on diagram registered in the Department of Lands and Surveys and numbered 44900.
All that portion of Peel's place, in the Municipality of Albany, con- taining an area of perches, as surveyed and shown with a margin of red and lettered " F " on diagram registered in the Department of Lands and Surveys and numbered 44902.
All that portion of York Street, in the Municipality of Albany, con- taining an area of 620- perches, as surveyed and shown with a margin of red and lettered " G" on diagram registered in the Department of Lands and Surveys and numbered 44901.
All that portion at the end of York Street in the Municipality of Albany where it junctions with Middleton Road and other streets, containing 0.72 perches, and being a circle with a radius of 12 links, having the Hordern monument in the centre.
Part II.
That portion of Swan Road, as shown on Lands Titles Office Diagram 6164, bounded on the South-West by Lot 368 of Swan Location A4; on the North-West by the production North-East of the North-West boundary of said Lot 368 ; on the North-East by part of Lot 367 of Swan Location A4 ; and on the South-East by the production North-East of the South- East boundary of aforesaid Lot 368.
