AN ACT for the Closure of certain Roads.

[Assented to 9th December, 1924.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

Short title.	1. This Act may be cited as the Roads Closure Act, 1924.
Closure of portions

of Fitzgerald	2. Those portions of Fitzgerald Terrace in the municipal district of Fremantle described in Part 1 of the Schedule to this Act are hereby closed, and all rights-of-way over the same shall cease on the passing of this Act.

of Patterson 3.

That portion of Patterson Street in the municipal dis- trict of Collie described in Part 2 of the Schedule to this Act is hereby closed, and all rights-of-way over the same shall cease on the passing of this Act.

of Perth-Fremantle 4.

Those portions of the Perth-Fremantle Road in the City of Perth described in Part 3 of the Schedule to this Act are hereby closed, and all rights-of-way over the same shall cease on the passing of this Act.

in the Office of Land Titles, are hereby closed, subject to a street being provided in lieu thereof extending from Wodonga Road to Vincent. Street, whereupon all rights-of-way over the closed streets shall cease.

PART 1.

IN THE MUNICIPALITY OP FREMANTLE.

All those portions of Fitzgerald Terrace

(a.) Bounded by lines starting at the West corner of Fremantle Town Lot 930 and

extending 151° 18', 2 chains 24 . 3 links, to said lot's South corner ; thence 248° 50', 5 . 5 links, along part of the North-Western side of Howard Street to the tangent point of a circular curve, the bearing and length of whose radius are 338° 50' and 59 links ; thence North-Westerly by that curve 83 links ; thence 329° 23', 51 links, and 327° 33', 53 . 2 links, to the tangent point of a circular curve, the bearing and length of whose radius are 57° 33' and 57 . 1 links ; thence Northerly by that curve 82 . 2 links, and thence 49° 58', 16 . 4 links, along the South-Eastern side of Arundel Street to the starting point (Diagram 44699) ;

(6.) Bounded by lines starting at the West corner of Fremantle Town Lot 159,

and extending 140° 9', 1 chain 92 . 3 links, along said lot's South-Western boundary

and part of that of Lot 160 ; thence 230° 27', 14 . 8 links, and thence 324° 29', 1 chain

(c.) Bounded by lines starting at the South corner of Fremantle Town Lot 161, said corner being the tangent point of a circular curve, the bearing and length of whose radius are 319° 58' and 28 . 5 links, and extending Westerly by said curve 47 links ; thence 324° 29', 1 chain 64 . 9 links ; thence 50° 27', 15 . 9 links, and thence 140° 9', 1 chain 95 . 1 links, along part of the South-Western boundary of Lot 160 and the whole of that of Lot 161 to the starting point. IN THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF COLLIE.

All that portion of Patterson Street bounded by lines starting at a point situate 283° 15', and distant 10 . 7 links from the North-East corner of Collie Lot 1328, and extending 283° 15', 50 links ; thence 200° 34', 50 links, to the tangent point of a circular curve, the bearing and length of whose radius are 110° 34' and 56 . 8 links from the said tangent point, and thence North-Easterly by said curve 82 links to the starting point.

PART 3.

IN THE CITY 01? PERTH.

All those portions of the Perth-Fremantle Road

(a.) Bounded by lines starting at the intersection of the Northern side of said road with the Western side of Crawley Avenue, the said intersection being the tangent point of a circular curve, the bearing and length of the radius being 275° 23' and 2 chains 11 . 3 links, and extending South-Easterly by said curve 1 chain 27 . 4 links ; thence 255° 18', 4 chains 94 . 9 links ; thence 261° 26', 9 chains 36 links ; thence 750° 18', 11 chains 68 . 8 links, and thence 75° 20', 3 chains 33 links, to the starting point. (b.) Bounded by lines starting at the North corner of Swan Location 2886, and extending 242° 22', 1 chain 81 . 6 links, to the tangent point of a circular curve, the bearing and length of the radius being 152° 22' and 82 . 2 links ; thence by said curve in a South-Western direction 89 . 8 links ; thence 359° 46', 1 chain 6 . 3 links; thence 62° 22', 2 chains 31 . 7 links, and thence 179° 64', 56 . 3 links, to the starting point.
