AN ACT for the Closure of certain Roads.

[Assented to 22nd February, 1923.]

B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

Short title.

1.

This Act may be cited as the Roads Closure Act, 1923.

of certain roads.

Closure of portion

Those portions of the streets or roads in the municipal districts of Albany, Narrogin, Wagin, and Banbury respec- tively, set out in Parts I., II., and IV. of the Schedule to this Act, are hereby closed, and all rights of way over the same shall cease from the passing of this Act.

THE SCHEDULE.

PART I.

That portion of Rare Street, in the Municipality of Albany, bounded on the Westward by a Northerly line from the West corner of Lot A22 to the South- West corner of Lot 414, and on the Eastward by a North-Westerly line from the North corner of Lot A22 to the North-East corner of Lot 414.

PART II.

That portion of Wiesse Street, in the Municipality of Narrogin, lying between the North-Western side of the Road from Williams to Narrogin and the South-Westerly production of the Seuth-Eastern boundary of Narrogin Lot 1268.

PART III.

That portion of Trench Street, in the Municipality of Wagin, lying between the Eastern side of Unicorn Street and the production North of the Western aide of Tarbet Street.

PART IV.

A private street, in the Municipality of Bunbury, being a continuation of Cornwall Street, and part of Charles Street. Starting at a point on a North-Eastern boundary of the Perth to Banbury Railway Reserve in prolongation North-Easterly of the North- Western boundary of Cornwall Street as dedicated and extending about 53° 35', about 1519 links ; thence about 153° 47' about 86 . 3 links ; thence about 273° 23', about 15 . 5 links ; thence about 233° 35', about 136 . 9 links, and thence about 332° 46', about 76 links, to the starting point.

That portion of Mary Street, in the Municipality of Bunbury, lying South-Westerly of a line bearing 305° 17' minutes from a point on the South-Eastern side of said street situate 93 . 9 links North-Easterly from the intersection of said side of aforesaid street with the Northern side of Clarke Street.
