AN ACT for the closing of certain Roads.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

the same, as follows:—

Shol Ie. 1. This Act may be cited as the . Roads Closure Act, 1919.

Those portions of the streets or roads in the Nar- rogin Municipal District described in Part I. of the schedule to this Act are hereby closed, and the soil thereof is revested in His Majesty as of his former estate, and all rights of way over the same shall cease from the passing of this Act.

(2.) That portion of a way in Section XII. of Swan Location 84 in the Peppermint Grove Road District, as de- scribed in Part II. of the schedule to this Act, is hereby closed from the passing of this Act.
(3.) That portion of Dellar Street in the Narrogin Municipal District, and the street extending along the West- ern boundary of Narrogin Town Lot 243, as described in Part III. of the schedule to this Act, may be closed by procla- mation, and thereupon the soil thereof shall revest in His Majesty as of his former estate, and all rights of way over the same shall cease.

THE SCHEDULE.

PART I.

All that portion of Fortune Street, in the Narrogin Municipal District, bounded by lines starting from a point situate 181 degrees 37 minutes and distant 13 links from the South-Western corner of Narrogin Town Lot 21`, and extending 91 degrees 37 minutes 251 links to the South-Western boundary of the Railway Station Reserve : Thence 165 degrees 50 minutes 142 . 3 links along the said boundary ; thence 271 degrees 37 minutes 274 . 4 links to the tangent point of a circular curve, the bearing and length of whose radius are 1 degree 37 minutes and 15 . 2 links from said tangent point ; thence by said curve 23 . 9 links ; and thence 1 degree 37 minutes 121 . 8 links to the starting point.

All that portion of a public road starting at a point situate 400 links East and 700 • 6 links South from the South-Bast corner of Narrogin Town Lot 416 and extending 215 degrees 50 minutes 460 links ; thence 178 degrees 52 minutes, 166-3 links ; thence 35 degrees 50 minutes 5559 links, and thence 326 degrees 10 minutes 1066 links to the starting point.

Pm II.

That portion of a right-of-way shown on plan 3783 in the office of Land Title's which is bounded on the North by McNeil Street, on the South-East by the North-West boundaries of Lots 24 to 27 and part of the North-West boundary of Lot 23 ; on the South by the prolongation of the South boundary of Lot 28, and on the North-West by the South-Bast boundary of Lot 28 of Section XIII. of Swan Location 84 ; being portion of the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Vol. 187, Fol. 2.

PART III.

All that portion of Dollar Street, in the Narrogin Municipal District, lying between the East side of May Street and the Northerly production of the East boundary of Narrogin Town Lot 243.

Also the street extending along the whole of the Western boundary of Narrogin Town Lot 243.
