AN ACT for the Closing of portions of certain

Roads and Streets.

[Assented to 24th, December, 1.912.]

with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia-	B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and

1. This Act may be cited as the Roads Closure Act, 1912. Short title.

passing of this Act, and His Majesty may deal. with such portions of roads and streets as if the same had never been subject to such rights:

Provided that a way twenty-five links wide extending along and within the North-West boundary of Greenbushes Lot two hundred and eighty-six, and between Greenbushes Lots two hundred and eighty and two hundred and eighty-one, is hereby reserved to His Majesty and dedicated to the public use.

SCHEDULE.

IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VICTORIA PARK.

All that portion of Road No. 130 bounded by lines starting at a point situate 42.5 links North and 08.5 links East from the North corner of Lot 1 of Section M of Canning Location 2, and extending 30 degrees 20 minutes 357.7 links, 54 degrees 44 minutes 1132.6 links, 0 degrees 0 minutes 398.4 links, 45 degrees 26 minutes 157.0 links, 186 degrees 9 minutes 565 7 links, 234 degrees 44 minutes 1156 links, 210 degrees 20 minutes 363.1 links, and 315 degrees 25 minutes 103.6 links to the point of commencement.

IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NARROGIN.

That part of Lefroy Street, in the Narrogin Municipality, extending from the South-East corner of Dumberning A.A. Lot 88 Northward for a distance of about 32 chains.

Also that part of Narrakine Road extending Northward for a distance of about 12 chains and Southward for a distance of about 12 chains from the North- East corner of Narrogin Suburban Lot 285. Plan—Narrogin Sheet 2.

IN THE CITY OF PERTH.

All that portion of Samson Street bounded by lines starting from West corner of Suburban Lot 40 and extending about 93 degrees 28 minutes 7 chains 65 links; thence about 236 degrees 56 minutes 1 chain 91 S/10 links; thence about 273 degrees 28 minutes 6 chains 90 5/10 links, and thence about 38 degrees 6 minutes 1 chain 39'3/10 links to the point of commencement.

IN THE TOWNSITE OF GREENBUSHES.

All that portion of a 25 link Way situate in Greenbushes Townsite, and bounded by lines starting at the South corner of Lot 283 and extending 224 degrees 31 minutes 25 links along the North-West side of Galena Street; thence 314 degrees 31 minutes 3 chains 8 4/10 links along the North-East boundaries of Lots 284 and 285 aria part of that of Lot 286; thence 52 degrees 50 minutes 25 3/10 links; and thence 134 degrees 31. minutes 3 chains 4 8/10 links to the point of commencement.

1N THE MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH FREND1NTLE.

All that portion of Clifton Street lying between the prolongation South- Westward of the North-Western side of Swan Street and the Southern side of John Street.

IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH FREMANTLE.

All that portion of a one-chain Road situate in North Fremantle Townsite and bounded by lines starting at a point bearing 89 degrees 59 minutes, and distant 297.5 links from the South-West corner of Rockland Hill Lot 153, and extending 80 degrees 59 minutes for 10 chains; thence 179 degrees 59 minutes for 1 chain; thence 269 degrees 59 minutes for 10 chains; thence 359 degrees 59 minutes for 1 chain to the point of commencement.

IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF COLLIE.

All that portion of a 25 links Way lying between Town Lots 477 and 476 subject to a 25 links Way being provided along and inside the Eastern boundary of Lot 477 in lieu thereof.
