portions thereof.

THE SCHEDULE.
In the Town of Albany.
The whole of Spring Street.
In the Town of Broome.
All that portion of Dampier Street bounded on the North and West by lines starting from a point situate 100 degrees 24 minutes 1 chain 50 links from the North-East corner of Broome Town Lot 43, and extending respectively 100 degrees 24 minutes 50 links and 190 degrees 24 minutes 21 chains 50 links; the opposite boundaries being parallel and equal.
In the Municipality of Bunbury.
All that portion of Russell Esplanade situated East of a line extending 31 degrees 29 minutes from the North-West corner of Bunbury Town Lot 352 to the North-West corner of Bunbury Town Lot 124.
In the Municipality of Cottesloe.
All that portion of Swanbourne Terrace lying West of lines starting from a point situate 2 chains 17 3/10ths links West of the North-West corner of Cottesloe Suburban Lot ], and extending 203 degrees 1 minute 12 chains 68 7/10ths links; thence 174 degrees 4 minutes 14 chains 64 links; thence 192 degrees 37 minutes 28 chains 81 5/10ths links; thence South 96 chains 73 links; and thence 167 degrees 54 minutes, about 23 chains 20 links, to the North boundary of Suburban Lot 155.
In the Town of York.
All that portion of Maud Street lying between the Southern side of Bruns- wick Road and the Southerly production of the West boundary of York Town Lot 360,
All that portion of Brunswick Road lying between the line joining the West earner of York Town Lot 362 with the South corner of York Suburban Lot 14 and a line bearing about 152 degrees 45 minutes from a point situate about 242 degrees 45 minutes 1 chain from the South corner of York Suburban Lot 11.
In the City of Perth.
Those portions of Dyer and Marquis Streets, in the City of Perth, lying between a line extending 112deg. 56min. 30see. in prolongation of the South- Western side of the Railway Street (being the Northern boundary of the Railway Reserve), and a line extending 112deg. 56min. 30see. from the intersection of the North side of Dyer Street with the South-Western side of the Railway Reserve to the Eastern side of Marquis Street.
