AN ACT for the Closing of portions of certain

Roads and Streets.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia-

streets as are described in the Schedule to this Act shall cease from roads and streets.

SCHEDULE.

IN THE TOWN OF BEVERLEY.

All that portion of Moore Street lying between the East side of Bartram Street and the West side of Beverley Pool.

IN THE TOWN OF BROOME.

All that portion of Mary Street, one chain wide, lying between the Eastern

side of Weld Street and the Western side of Hamerslev Street, and bounded on

the North by the Southern boundaries of Broome Town Lots 140 to 142, inclusive.

IN THE TOWN OF GUILDFORD.

All that portion of Johnson and James Streets bounded by lines starting from a point situate 179° 59' one chain 53 links from the South-West corner of Guildford Town Lot 191, and extending 137 n 42' one chain 114 links; thence 270° 4' six links ; thence 302° 46' 81-,7,, links, and thence 359° 59' 38TV links to the starting point ; also all that portion of Meadow and James Streets bounded by lines starting from a point situate one chain 48 1-115 links South from the South-East corner of Lot 191, and extending 224° 55' one chain 20vsb- links ; thence 90° 4' 12A links ; thence 58' 35' 85 links, and thence North 41 izo links to the starting point.

IN THE TOWN OF LEONORA.

All that portion of Loring Street bounded on the North and East by lines starting from a point situate one chain South from the South-East corner of Leonora Town Lot 578, and extending respectively West 10 chains 75 links and South 25 links ; the opposite boundaries being parallel and equal, exclusive of the intersections of Tower Street and the right-of-way on each side of said Street.

IN THE TOWN OF SOUTHERN CROSS.

All that portion of Arcturus Street bounded by lines starting from a point situate 67 links North and 3 chains 8* links West front the West corner of Southern Cross Town Lot 304, and extending 120° 11' five chains ; thence 146° 45' one chain 18*, links; thence 300° 11' 7 chains 12 links, and thence 93° 37' one chain 18*, links to the starting point.
