AN ACT for the Closing of certain Roads and

Streets, and for other purposes.

[Assented to 23rd December, BOO.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia- with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. All rights-of-way on and over such roads and streets and Closure of certain

Provided that the roadway and footpaths of the bridge crossing the Government Railway at William Street, Perth, are hereby dedicated to the public use, and it shall be unlawful for any building to be erected thereon or on any part thereof.

Provided further, that the aforesaid bridge, roadway, and footpaths shall be maintained and kept in repair by the Commis- sioner of Railways.

SCHEDULE.

IN THE TOWN OF BROOME.

All that portion of Mary Street lying to the East of a line bearing 190° 24' from a point situate 100° 24' 1 chain from the South-West corner of Broome Town Lot 148.

All that portion of Stewart Street situate between the East side of Hamersley

Street and the West side of Carnarvon Street, and lying South of a parallel line

to the South boundary of Broome Town Lot 100 and distant 50 links therefrom.

IN THE BUCKLAND HILL SUBURBAN AREA.

The whole of a public road North of the Northern side of Higham Street,

and extending along the East boundary of Buckland Hill Suburban Area Lot 105.

IN THE TOWN OF BUSSELTON.

All that portion of Brown Street lying between Busselton Town Lots 183, 184, and Suburban Lot 12.

IN THE TOWN OF CARNARVON.

All that portion of a public road lying between the West side of Marrnion Street and the South side of Gascoyne Road, its Northern side being a Westerly production of the South boundary of Sub. Lot 50.

IN THE TOWN OF CHIDLOW'S WELL.

The whole of Keane Street.

IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLAREMONT.

All that portion of a public road extending along the Northern side of the Railway Reserve, and situate between the Southerly production of the South-West boundary of Swan Location 1797 and the Western side of a public road extending between the Railway and the South-East corner of Location 429, on a bearing of 327 degrees.

IN THE TOWN OF DAY DAWN.

The whole of Scott Street.

All that portion of Throssell Street lying North-Easterly of a line bearing

129° 0' from a point situate 39° 0' 1 chain 50 links from the	Eastern corner of
Day Dawn Town Lot 241.

IN THE TOWN OF FREMANTLE.

All that portion of a public right-of-way, 25 links wide, lying between the

South-Westerly production of the Southern boundary of Lot	6 and the North-
Easterly production of the Northern boundary of Lot 1361.

IN THE TOWN OF KALAMUNNDA.

All that portion of Railway Road bounded by lines starting at the intersection of the East side of Canning Hills Road with the South-Western side of the Upper Darling Range Railway Reserve, and extending 180' 5' about 70 links to a point situate 5' 2 chains 98fr links from the South-Western corner of Kalamunnda Town Lot 1 ; thence 134° 58' 3 chains 61 links ; thence 155° 9' 5 chains 99 links ; thence 90° 6' to the Western side of the aforesaid railway reserve ; and thence along it to the starting point : Also, all that portion bounded by lines starting at the intersection of the South side of Mead Street with the Western side of the aforesaid railway reserve, and extending 270° 8' about 50 links to a point situate 90° 8' 1 chain of a link from the North-East corner of Lot 36 ; thence 178° 1' 1 chain 29 13r, links ; thence 181° 29' 14 chains 451 links ; thence about 177° 52' to the Western side of the aforesaid railway reserve ; and thence along it to the starting point.

All that portion of Forrest Street bounded on the South-West and South- East by lines extending 33° 30' 1 chain, and 43° 30' 10 chains from a point situate 33° 30' 1 chain from the West corner of Kalgoorlie Lot R265; the opposite boundaries being parallel and equal.

IN THE TOWN OF KATANNING.

All that portion of Claude Street lying between the Southern side of Piesse Street and the Northern side of Conroy Street.

IN THE TOWN OF LEONORA.

All that portion of the main Leonora to Menzies Road lying West of the East side of Gwalia Street, produced Southerly.

All those portions of Loring Street, 25 links wide, and adjacent to Lots 482, 483, 499, 500, 521, and 522.

IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MIDLAND JUNCTION.

All that portion of the private road or carriage-way named " The Avenue," situate between the Southerly productions of the East and West boundaries respectively of Lots 68 and 38, said lots being subdivisions of Section 13 of Swan Location 7, as shown on deposited Plan No. 371, in the office of the Registrar of Titles; and also on Certificate of Title, Volume 187, Polio 35.

IN THE TOWN OP MOOJEBING.

All those portions of Taylor and Millar Streets lying between the East side of Brockman Street and the 'West side of Trimmer Road.

IN THE TOWN OF MUNDARING.

All that portion of a public road bounded by lines starting from a point situate 0° 10' 10 chains 82 links from the South-East corner of Mahogany Creel: Suburban Lot 45, and extending 22° 29' 1. chain 2A7 links; thence 292° 29' 28 chains 65 links ; thence 290' 34' 1 chain 93,`,- links; thence 286° 45' 1 chain 93*, links; thence 282° 56' 1 chain 93, links; thence 2790 8' 1 chain 92ru links; and thence 112° 29' 36 schains 28 links to the starting point.

IN THE TOWN OF NARROGIN.

All that portion of Graham Road lying between the East side of Narrakine

All that portion of Condon Street lying Westerly of a line bearing 140° 33' from a point situate 230° 33' 1 chain 25 links from the South corner of Ngumballa Town Lot 25.

All that portion of Scougall Street lying Westerly of a line bearing 140° 33' from a point situate 230° 33' 1 chain 25 links from the South corner of Town Lot 9.

The whole of Rose Street.

All that portion of a public right-of-way lying between Town Lots 7 and 8.

IN THE TOWN OF NORTH FREMANTLE.

All that portion of Victoria Avenue bounded by lines starting at the North- West corner of North Fremantle Lot P 61, and extending 181° 12' 1 chain 99A- links along part of the West boundary of Lot P 61: thence 207° 9' 2 chains 64t links along parts of the Western boundaries of Lots P 61 and P 60; thence 5° 30' 5 chains 60 links to a point on the West boundary of Lot P 82 ; and thence 152° 24' 1 chain 48 A-, links along said boundary of Lot P 82 to the starting point.
