AN ACT for the Closing of certain Roads

and Streets.

[Assented to, 20th December, 1902.]

and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this presentBE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and

with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1, ALL rights-of-way on and over such roads and streets or portions of roads and streets as are described in the Schedule hereto rights-of-way.	Abolition of certain
shall cease from the passing of this Act, and His Majesty may deal with such roads or streets, or portions thereof, as if the same had never been roads or streets or subject to such rights.

IN THE TOWN OF BEJOORDING.

All that portion of Seventh Road lying North of the Northern side of Firs

Road.

IN THE TOWN OF BOULDER.

All that portion of Road No. 794 starting at a point situate North 1 chain 29 Tlu links, and East 1-* links from the North corner of Boulder Town Lot

678, and extending 129° 50' 1 chain 18 links ; thence 292° 12' 1 chain 321, links; and thence 51° 21' 41 links to the starting point. Also all that portion starting at a point situate East 1 chain 58* links and South LA; links from the East corner of

Town Lot 676, and extending 231° 21' 75 links ; thence 36' 94 1sr, links ; and thence 129° 50' 75 links to the starting point.

IN THE TOWN OF BUNBURY.

All that portion of Russell Esplanade lying between the Westerly production of the South boundary of Bunbury Town Lot 123 and lines extending from the South-West corner of Lot 142 West 34*, links, and thence 314° 37'.

IN THE TOWN OF COOLGARDIE.

All that portion of Woodward Street starting at a point situate 1 chain 80 links South from the South-West corner of Coolgardie Town Lot 108, and extending 87° 12 chains 9-,110 links ; thence 103° 33' 3 chains 45raw links ; thence West 15 chains 43* links, and thence North 20 links to the starting point. All that portion of Keane Street lying between the Westward side of Northam Road and the East side of Lempriere Street.

All the unnamed public streets South of the Railway.

IN THE COTTESLOE SUBURBAN AREA.

All that portion of the old Perth-Fremantle Road crossing the Eastern Rail- way at about 3 miles 78 chains from Fremantle, and lying between a line extending 184° 40' from the South corner of Cottesloe Suburban Lot 111, and measuring 2 chains 19 links, and a line extending North-North-Easterly from the North

corner of 1945 A and measuring about 3 chains 15 links.

IN THE TOWN OF FREMANTLE.

The whole of a public road extending through Fremantle Town Lots 506 and 915, the West side of which starts at a point on the Northward boundary of Lot 506, situate about 9 chains 84 links from its North-West corner and terminates on the Southward boundary of Lot 915 at a point situate about 17 chains 80 links from its South-West corner.

The whole of a public street lying between the Eastward side of Parry Street

and the Westward side of the public road referred to above, and being bounded

on the Southward by one of the Northward boundaries of Fremantle Town Lot 915.,

All that portion of Pbillimore Street bounded on the Eastward by Fremantle

Town Lot 55, on the Southward by Lot 39, and on the North-Westward by a

line joining the North-West corners of Lots 55 and 39.

All that portion of a public street bounded by lines starting from a point situate 90° 3' 1 chain 71h links from the North-East corner of Greenbushes Town Lot 182, and extending 90° 3' 1 chain 10 links ; thence 180° 3' 1 chain 9 9 T:2-if links ; thence 151° 9' 3 chains 10*, links ; thence 3' 6 chains 21 links; thence 270° 3' 3 chains 42-rsu links ; and thence 151° 9' 1 chain 71 1-'0 links to the starting point. Also all that portion bounded by lines starting from a point situate 151° 9' 1 chain 51A links from the East corner of Lot 186, and extending 180° 3' 1 chain 54 1-Clinks; thence 90° 8'851"„ links ; and thence 331° 9' 1 chain 76*, links to the starting point.

IN THE TOWN OF GUILDFORD,

All that portion of Perth Street lying between lines joining the East and North corners of Guildford Town Lots 127 and 130 and the South and West corners of Lots 126 and 128.

IN THE TOWN OF KALGOORLIE.

All those portions of Marshall, Shaw, Hawkins, and Woodman Streets situate South-Easterly from the South-Eastern side of Wittenoom Street.

All that portion of Rajah Street lying between the West side of King Edward Street and the Northerly production of the West boundary of Leonora Town Lot 268.

IN THE TOWN OP NEWCASTLE.

All that portion of Shearer Street lying between the Northward side of Leeder Street and a line drawn parallel to and distant 3 chains 53 links North- Westerly from said side of Leeder Street.

The whole of Lender Street.

All that portion of Pelham Street, 25 links wide, bounded on the Westward

by Newcastle Town Lot 108 and by the Eastern end of Leeder Street.

All that portion of Pirie Street lying between the Westerly productions of the North boundary of Niagara Town Lot 97 and the South boundary of Lot 99 respectively.

IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH FREMANTLE.

All that portion of Napier Street one chain wide, the Western side of which starts at a point situate about 10° 5' 75*, links from the North-East corner of North Fremantle Town Lot 59, and extends 4° 45' 4 chains 8 links ; thence 1° 28' 4 chains 68 links ; thence 5° 13' 16 chains 70 links ; thence 345° 53' 13 chains 10 links ; and thence 7° 6' about 2 chains.

IN THE MUNICIPALITY OP SUBIACO.

All that portion of a public road, one chain wide, the North-Western side of which starts at a point situate about 10 chains 98 links North and 1 chain 22 links East from the South-West corner of Perth Suburban Lot 297, and extends in a North-Easterly direction, parallel to the Eastern Railway, to the South side of Broome Road produced Westerly.

IN THE TOWN OP TRAFALGAR.

All that portion of a public right-of-way bounded on the North-West and South-West by lines starting at a point situate 144° 30' 9 links from the South corner of Trafalgar Town Lot 242, and extending •54° 30' 2 chains 50 links and 144° 30' 16 links, and by opposite boundaries parallel and equal.

All that portion of a public right-of-way bounded on the North-West and South-West by lines starting at a point situate 144° 80' 9 links from the South corner of Trafalgar Town Lot 246, and extending 54° 30' 2 chains 50 links and 144° 30' 16 links, and by opposite boundaries parallel and equal.
