E it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

Closing portions of Streets, Fremantle:

SCHEDULE.

All those portions of Market Street and South Terrace bounded on the

Westward by a line measuring about 81 links, and extending Northerly in

prolongation of the West boundary of Fremantle Town Lot 871; on the

Southward by said Town Lot 871 measuring 68 links ; on the Eastward by a line

measuring about 72* links, extending North-Westward in prolongation of the

North-East boundary of Town Lot 871 aforesaid; and on the Northward by a hue

measuring about 18 links, joining the Northern extremities of the Eastern and

Western boundaries.
