AN ACT to authorise the Closing of portions
6f South Terrace and Market Street, Fre-
mantle.

| E it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :— | 113 | with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and |
1. ALL rights of way on and over such portions of the roads
| or streets as are described in the Schedule hereto shall cease from the | Abolition of rights |
| passing of this Act, and Her Majesty, her heirs and successors, may | of way. |
| deal with such portions as if they had never been public roads or streets or subject to the said rights. |

Closing portions of Streets, Fremantle:
SCHEDULE.
All those portions of Market Street and South Terrace bounded on the
Westward by a line measuring about 81 links, and extending Northerly in
prolongation of the West boundary of Fremantle Town Lot 871; on the
Southward by said Town Lot 871 measuring 68 links ; on the Eastward by a line
measuring about 72* links, extending North-Westward in prolongation of the
North-East boundary of Town Lot 871 aforesaid; and on the Northward by a hue
measuring about 18 links, joining the Northern extremities of the Eastern and
Western boundaries.
