Commence-	1. These Regulations shall come into operation on the fourteenth day

The Schedules.	2. The Schedules to the Roads and Public Places Regulations are

repealed and the following Schedules inserted in their stead:—

THE SCHEDULES

FIRST SCHEDULE Regulation 3 (a).

Type of surface Fee

Concrete pavement..	$30.00 or an amount calculated at the rate of $2.00 for each square foot or part of a square foot of the surface opened up or broken, whichever is the greater.
Bituminous macadam	$10.00 or an amount calculated at the rate of 32 cents for each square

pavement foot or part of a square foot of the surface opened up or broken,
whichever is the greater.

Bituminous surfaced $10.00 or an amount calculated at the rate of 18 cents for each square

pavement foot or part of a square foot of the surface opened up or broken,
whichever is the greater.

Gravel pavement . . $6.00 or an amount calculated at the rate of 12 cents for each square foot or part of a square foot of the surface opened up or broken, whichever is the greater.
