ROADS AND PUBLIC PLACES REGULATIONS*

| The Schedules. | 2. The Schedules to the Roads and Public Places Regulations are |
repealed and the following Schedules inserted in their stead:—

FIRST SCHEDULE Regulation 3 (a).
Type of surface Fee
Concrete pavement..
$30.00 or an amount calculated at the rate of $2.00 for each square foot or part of a square foot of the surface opened up or broken, whichever is the greater.
Bituminous macadam $10.00 or an amount calculated at the rate of 32 cents for each square
pavement foot or part of a square foot of the surface opened up or broken,
whichever is the greater.
Bituminous surfaced $10.00 or an amount calculated at the rate of 18 cents for each square
pavement foot or part of a square foot of the surface opened up or broken,
whichever is the greater.
Gravel pavement
. .
$6.00 or an amount calculated at the rate of 12 cents for each square foot or part of a square foot of the surface opened up or broken, whichever is the greater.
