Roads Amendment (Transitways) Act New South Wales

1999—Proclamation

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Roads Amendment (Transitways) Act 1999, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 16 July 1999 as the day on which that Act (except for Schedule 1 [4], [5] and [6]) commences.

Explanatory note

The object of this proclamation is to commence all of the provisions of the Roads Amendment (Transitways) Act 1999 other than those that depend on the commencement of the Road Transport (General) Act 1999. The latter Act is yet to commence.
