Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Roads Act 1993.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Roads Regulation 2008 to continue in force, for a further 5 years, a provision declaring the Barangaroo Delivery Authority to be the roads authority for certain public roads in or in the vicinity of Barangaroo.

This Regulation is made under the Roads Act 1993, including section 264 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Roads Amendment (Barangaroo) Regulation
2013.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the
NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Roads Regulation 2008

(1) Clause 88A Roads authority for public roads (Barangaroo area)

Omit “the RTA” from clause 88A (2). Insert instead “RMS”.

(2) Clause 88A (3)
Omit “31 January 2013”. Insert instead “31 January 2018”.
