AN ACT to continue the operation of the Roads Act,

1911, and its amendments.

B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by

and with the advice and consent of the Legislative

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:-

Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Roads Act Continuation

Act, 1918.

Continuation of 2. The Roads Act, 1911, as amended by the Roads Act

Amt.

Amendment Act, 1912, and the Roads Act Amendment and Continuation Act, 1915, shall continue in operation until the thirty-first day of December, One thousand, nine hundred and nineteen, but no longer.
