AN ACT to continue the operation of the

Roads Act, 1911, and its amendments.

[Assented to 11th December, 1917.]

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inBE it enacted by the King's 1VIost Excellent Majesty, byand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows :—

Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Roads Act Continuation

Act, 1917.

Continuation of Aot. 2. The Roads Act, 1911, as amended by the Roads Act

Amendment Act, 1912, and the Roads Act Amendment and Continuation Act, 1915, shall continue in operation until the thirty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, but no longer.
