AN ACT to continue the operation of the Roads Act, 1911, as amended by the Roads Act Amendment Act, 1912.

[Assented to 30th December, 1913.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by andLegislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Par-with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and liament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.     This Act may be cited as the Roads Act Continuation Act, Short title.

1913.

The Roads Act, 1911, as amended by the Roads Act Amendment Act, 1912, shall continue in operation till the end of

Roads Act, 1911,

continued till 31st

December, 1915.

the month of December, nineteen hundred andfifteen, and no longer, anything in section three hundred and thirty-seven of the former Act or section thirty-five of the latter Act to the contrary notwith- standing.
