Council, has made the following Regulation under the Roads Act 1993.

Minister for Roads
The object of this Regulation is to declare the Roads and Traffic Authority to be the roads authority for the public roads within certain parts of the areas of the Cities of Canterbury, Hurstville and Rockdale. The roads concerned form part of the proposed route of the M5 East Motorway.
This Regulation is made under the Roads Act 1993, and, in particular, under sections 7 (3) and 264 (the general regulation-making power).

79B Roads authority for certain public roads
The RTA is declared to be the roads authority for all public roads within the area shaded brown and shown as Lots 1-20 on the 4 sheets of the plan marked “RTA Plan No 6005 386 SS 0357" and held at the Sydney Operations Directorate of the RTA at Level 2, 83 Flushcombe Road. Blacktown.
