His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Roads Act 1993.

Clause 47 of the Roads (General) Regulation 1994 prohibits the carrying out of certain commercial and other activities on the Sydney Harbour Bridge except where those activities are carried out under a permit issued by the RTA.
The object of this Regulation is to amend clause 47 so that it also applies to the ANZAC Bridge.
This Regulation is made under the Roads Act 1993, including section 244
(the general regulation-making power).

2 Commencement

This Regulation commences on 5 March 1999.

3 Amendment of Roads (General) Regulation 1994

The Roads (General) Regulation 1994 is amended as set out in

Schedule l .

The explanatory note does not form part of this Regulation.
