ROADS ACT 1993—REGULATION

(Removing tolls on the Waterfall-Bulli Pass tollway)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council,
and in pursuance of the Roads Act 1993, has been pleased to make the

Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 1 July 1995.

Amendments

2. The Roads (General) Regulation 1994 is amended:

(a) by omitting clauses 22 and 25;
(b) by omitting from clause 38 the matter ‘‘22, 25,”;

(c) by omitting Schedule 1.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

Clauses 22 and 25 of the Roads (General) Regulation 1994 provide for the payment of tolls, in accordance with Schedule 1 to the Regulation, for use of the Waterfall-Bulli

Pass tollway. This Regulation repeals those provisions from 1 July 1995.

This Regulation also makes a consequential amendment to clause 38 of that

Regulation.

This Regulation is made under sections 213 (3) and 264 of the Roads Act 1993.
