Roads Act 1993—Order New South Wales

PROFESSOR MARIE BASHIR AO, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the definition of approved toll camera in section 250A of the Roads Act 1993, do, by this my Order, approve the following types of digital cameras as being designed to take a photograph of a vehicle that is driven in contravention of a requirement to pay a toll and to record on the photograph the matter specified in that definition:

(a) SmartCam, (b) LaserCam, (c) TransCam.
