ROADS ACT 1993—ORDER

(Relating to the transfer of public roads to the RTA)

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, MICHAEL KNIGHT, Minister for Roads, in pursuance of section 150 of the Roads Act 1993, and with the consent of the Council of the City of Sydney and the Roads and Traffic Authority, do, by this my Order, with effect on and from the date of the publication of this Order, transfer from the Council of the City of Sydney to the Roads and Traffic Authority the public roads within the area shown edged heavy black and hatched on the sheets of the plan marked “Pyrmont Ultimo Light Rail Transit Project” and held in the head office of the RTA.
