AN ACT to amend " The Roads Act, 1888."

[ Assented to, 30th April, 1889. ]

HEREAS it is expedient to amend " The Roads Act, 1888 :"

Be it enacted by. His Excellency the Governor of Western

Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:—

1. THIS Act may be cited as "The Roads Act, 1888, Amend-

of the said sections, respectively, and by substituting in lieu thereof "The Roads Act,

3.     THIS Act and the said recited Act shall henceforth be read construction.
