I. This Act may be cited as the

Main Roads Amcudment Act, Short tiue.

2. Section No. 2 of an Act No, 13 of 1860, intituled

An Act Repeal.

to declare the Main Lines of Road in South A~~stralia," and the Schedule to the said Act shall be and the same is hereby repealed,

save so far as may be necessary to support or give validity to any

Act matter or thing heretofore legally chle in pursuance thereof.

3. The lines of road morc particularly set forth and described in Declaration of certain

the Schedule to this Act shall and they are hereby declared to be

main mab*

Main Roads of the Province of South Australia, for the purposes of all Acts now or hereafter to be in force relating to or affecting the

Maiu Roads of the said Province.

In the name and on behalf of the Queen I hereby assent to

this Act.
