HEREAS it is expedient to amend the Act No. 16 of 1865, Preadble.

An Act to amend Act No. 13 of 1860," intituled

An Act to declare Main Lines of Road in South Australia "--Be

it therefore Enacted, by the Gbvernor-in-Chief of the Province of

South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative

Council and Ilouse of Assembly of the said Province, in this present

Parliament assembled, as follows:

SCHEDULE

Act No. 16 of' 1865, thc lines of road described in the Schedule road% as Main Roadr,

1. I n addition to the lines of road set forth in the Schedule to Declaration of certab

to tEs Act shall and the same are hereby declared to be Main Roads of the Province of South Australia, for the purposes of all Acts now or hereafter to be in force relating to or affecting the Main Roads of the said Province.

this Act.
